FRUITS THAT WILL HELP YOU GET SLIMMER - PART I


Every year when Summer is getting closer many people try to lose some weight or get a slimmer body. Many times people think that crazy diets are the best for losing weight fast but you should never subject your body to dramatic changes so I always choose healthy meals, smaller portions and regular exercise!

Especially because the weather is getting warmer it's really nice to eat different fruits and sometimes fruit salads and fruits are actually great to help you lose weight. Today I'm showing you some of my favorite fruits that bring you benefits and that can actually help you get slimmer.

Bananas are high in both fiber and potassium, which can help with weight loss and with preventing cramps or injuries when you're working out and that's why many nutritionist say bananas are a great fruit to eat before you go to the gym as it will also make you feel fuller and satisfied for longer!


Strawberries promote the production of several hormones that will boost your metabolism and will help burn calories. Of course you need to balance it out and eat healthily without forgetting exercise. Strawberries are high in vitamin C and iron, which can help your immune system.

Apples can help with digestion and controlling the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides, which is actually great. Besides that, apples are low in calories and high in fibers (it also contains various vitamins) and that will help lose weight!

Kiwis are filled with fibers and different vitamins. This fruit will help the feeling of fullness like bananas which is great for those who want to lose weight. The seeds from the kiwi can also help with digestion!


Watermelon is probably one of my favorite fruits and it's really delicious! Besides having more sugar than some fruits, watermelon actually helps regulate the levels of sugar and it also helps with lower fat accumulation. Watermelon juice also helps with muscle soreness so it's a great fruit for those days when you're working out!
